Phoned most days for a week sometimes female sometimes male always same patter can you hear me ok are you the householder we are from local firm blah and the Dover meant warm home loft insulation seems possibly automated as there is no response to why they keep ringing

"James" called telling me i live in a residential property and that I had loft insulation which was now deemed to be unsafe!! All of that is incorrect. I tried telling him it wasn't a residential property and we didnt have insulation. He wouldnt let me speak, talked over me, didnt listen to what I was trying to say and was incredibly rude. He was still talking when I put the phone down!

Cold caller pretending to discuss loft insulation upgrades. Definitely sounded like a scam operation.
