When it sounds unrealistic and suspicous.....it probably is! What is the likelihood of BT calling from a 0048 number and refusing to call back and refusing to send an email confirming what the problem is or who they are?

A woman pretending to be from BT said there was a problem with my internet connection. It made no sense and the call felt completely fabricated.
