Indian accented man said he was from Sky. I said I was in a hurry and had to go out. I asked him to phone back later. He then asked me to confirm my name which if he was from sky, he would’ve known this.

Call Centre - initial silence then "Alex" well spoken man (not Hartlepool accent!) talked about the distressing BBC News report about being forced to use the family home equity to pay for care home fees. HAven't seen the news today and told him I've an appointment in 2 weeks where this will be discussed!

Claimed to be my local energy adviser. Obviously has no idea of geography as the code is Hartlepool and I am in Berkshire!! Also, my number is TPS registered, so should not have been called. As soon as I mentioned TPS, he said OK Thank You and cut off.
