Threatening tone demanding Bank details for ‘Compensation’ for poor Building work

'Housing department' saying they are returning my call for the damage I have reported in my house - I said 'no it's not us' and the proceeded to ask me if I had problems like damp or mould. That's when I got assertive and they said' oh sorry wrong number' clearly preying on elderly council house tenants and people who cannot tell it's clearly a fraudulent call. Please beware. I have deleted and blocked.

Tried asking me about damages to the house i live in that i reported, but infact never reported any such thing as its fine and deal with things through my landlord, for sure a scam.
