It would appear this is a genuine Sky number, but the calls come from abroad. Extremely rude, and intially thought was a scam call, but apparently not. Couldn't get details right. If get a call would suggest hang up and try and speak to someone at Sky in the UK.

Rang multiple times this morning, finally answered, took 30 seconds before someone said "Hello" which they then immediately hung up on me.

the phone rings just a few times and when I answer no one seems to be there. Nuisance. I don't want a telephone deal - more trouble than they are worth - why do they think endless phone calls help their sales? Most of the time I can't tell what they are saying - either quietly spoken or a foreign accent. I have cut the call but I am still getting further calls.

Woman with Indian accent called claiming to be from Sky. She said my contract needed renewing and she would get me a better deal as prices were rising. As soon as I said that my contract with sky had been recently renegotiated she hung up. Therefore I am presuming this is a scam that's havking the sky phone number. Also, as my mobile phone contract is with sky then legitimate calls from them come up showing its from Sky which this call didn't. These scammers are crafty calling customers right now as Sky are currently increasing some prices so they're jumping on the bandwagon. Sky has informed customers of increases via legitimate email. For these combined reasons this call is clearly a scam.

Took a call from a guy saying he was from Sky and was going to offer me savings on my Sky package. Sky have not rang me in 22yrs to offer me a saving or anything else so I politely refused the offer and ended the call! If you want to continue to see if there are any savings to be had ring Sky yourself on the number provided on the Sky app

The caller claimed that he represented Sky and ask if I encountered any network issue, or a plan with Netflix. He was not pushy and quite polite after I told him that I didn't need any Netflix.

Called repeatedly claiming they were from Sky, noticed my bills were going up and wanted to offer a better deal. I asked them to call back, checked my bills and they hadn't gone up and my deal is locked for another 12m so I think it is a scam and I blocked the number.
