just had a call saying they were virgin media asking for personal information I put the phone down when she started asking for my full address

Seemed very dodgy. They called me and asked to speak to me. Didn’t state who they were until I asked. Claimed to be virgin media and saying that they wanted to look at my renewal. I’ve not long joined and knew I wasn’t due a renewal

Seem to be Virgin Media but then they ask for details which they should already have. They say they want to check I'm on the best deal (when I only recently renewed) but they are actually pushing an upgrade. Really bad marketing practice to make unsolicited calls like this!

This number rang me 08000531251 pretending to be Virgin media it’s it’s a scam if I would if I would give my details over it’s wrong pretend to be virgin media it’s scumbag behaviour. All I’ve got to say in that matter.

Just had a fone off this number but we wasn’t convinced it was virgin media so I hung up if I would give my details over which I’m not that stupid and I’m bank details those are Took money it’s scumbag behaviour just to let you know

I never answer, they do not leave a message. They phone nearly every day and sometimes every day for a week.

It is genuinely virgin media, BUT I left there services and now been harassed up to 4 calls a day by them to re join
