Called me 8 times over last 3 days. Rang back once today and said welcome to talk talk then I hung up. Contacted talk talk live chat and they verified its a dialer issue (scam). It was coming up as suspected spam when they were calling also.

Harassing phonecall. Nobody spoke but jabber of Asian language in background. Then hung up. Very annoying. I'd like to get my hands on some of these people.

Very strong Asian accent. Asked me to confirm my name. I never gave my name. Had trouble hearing her. I asked her what organisation she worked for. She said she couldn't hear me and put the phone down

03451720088 It showed up as Lapwing. First time an Asian sounding lady phoned, but she spoke so quietly, I couldn't hear what she was saying, I could hear children in the background. 2nd call was a few days later, 6pm, no message.
