Called yesterday, home appliance scam. We told them we weren't interested in their scam. Called back today saying we hadn't claimed so they'd give us a better price. Asked what appliances we have covered - they couldn't tell us (but knew a name). Asked what company they were from - they said Home Appliance Plan. Told them we don't have a relationship with them and and interested - stop calling. They are preying on the elderly and vulnerable.

Won't stop calling and even calls back immediately if you hang up. Quoted my father's security number for his debit card so we'll get that card replaced. Calling multiple times a day.

Phone call about same issue (policy protection) as the one I reported yesterday from 02037691415. This time a woman saying paperwork ready to send, getting a discount, am I the main home owner - exactly same as from the other phone number. I hung up and took phone off the hook.

Nuisance caller

Phoned today claiming about my boiler cover. Had several calls last week relating to the same boiler cover. I blocked their number last week but are still phoning. This is a scam nuisance call. Do not get into any conversation just replace your receiver but they will ring again straight away, just ignore the calls.

phoned my mum about appliance insurance caught her out as she had just got up. Thankfully she phoned her bank straight away but they are still phoning

Phoned my elderly mother 11 times in one afternoon, she didn’t pick up. Next day they had called 6 times when I picked up. Very nice woman phoning about renewing appliance insurance (which she doesn’t have) from her Santander account. She was very believable. Denied calling my mother’s number so many times. Told not to phone again.
