The caller hung up when I answered using a strong and 'younger' sounding voice when I said "hello".

I received call yesterday. Because I am already with Virgin Media and my time was coming to upgrade. I upgraded for 18 months. They talked well and gave great discount. Lady spoke politely and I did receive email from Virgin Media for new package and broadband. So far so good.

Called me several times, terrible line and then they hang up
