Apparently her name is Jo, our local energy provider, assume it’s AI as when she asked if I was the home owner I said no, after this she just went quiet then ended the call.
Obviously not programmed to deal with other replies…..

Since June this is the 16th call I have received from person saying they are the Energy Advisor for my area. Each call a different name. How many Energy Advisors does one area need! Told a few I will pass their number on to the Police and they put the phone down. I have been with my Energy Company for a good 15 years as they own both entities. so mine is cheaper. I only paid £6 a month gas last Winter with them why would I change and this year to date so why would I change.
