The man who rang was very aggressive and wanted to speak to my mum who had dementia. He said he was from the alarm company and wanted to tell her about upgrading and she needed to go to bank and pay money. He was very aggressive and so rude.

Told me his name was Roger & that I had become eligible for a home health alert alarm. I smelled a rat & politely told him that I wasn't interested & ended the call.
