Scam pretending to be from my phone company but clearly wasn’t

Someone pretending to be from a phone network tried telling me my plan was about to change and I needed to confirm personal details. They didn’t know my name or any account info, just kept insisting that I must verify things. It sounded well rehearsed and clearly not a genuine mobile provider.
