they call us every week and ask for renewal of account because business management is different now. even though i have an app of my energy supplier and already updated.

This number called me. The gentleman said he was calling from E.ON energy and that my tariff was up for renewal and was insistent that I renew to save money. Im currently with British Gas and my tariff doesnt end til July 2026. So i decided to play a little and asked what email address he had on account for me. He said he didnt have one only and account number. So i asked for that and all of a sudden he disappeared. Clearly a scam, so be aware
