Had a call from this no. today.

claimed to be the bank re a declined payment, or so they claimed...!!! I ran it thru the bank and got it cleared up. Curiously when I rang this number it claimed to be the fraud department..... ummmm....!!!

while making a purchase on line,pop up saying card declined,came off the
site,then received three messages on phone telling me to contact Halifax
giving a number,first one starting with 44 and then a number,
felt it was a scam,however a worry as my card numbers are now known,
have checked balance it seems no money has been taken ,
