Adam rang this morning, was very adamnant that we needed to upgrade our 'copper wire' supply to our building. I asked for clarification on which company he was calling from and he insisted that it was BT. he spoke very quickly, very condescending and dismissive of my remarks. Obviously a sales call but not admitting it. I came on here and actually said oh I|m just having a look on the internet, then began to read all these comments to Adam who then hung up on me. not a trustworthy caller.

Called 10 times and refuses to take no for an answer. Now threatening to cut us off.
Have confirmed with our BT account manager this is not legit.
If you agree to being cut off he will stop calling

A guy called Adam called from this number (0191 622 3300) on Thursday last week and again just now. Said he was calling from BT but I could tell he wasn't. He goes on and on, speaking very quickly and not letting you get a word in. Ranting about our price being too high etc. I asked him what his surname was and he replied saying 'why does that matter'. No genuine caller would ever respond like that. Total scam!

claimed to be from BT telecom mentioning analogue lines completely shut , same time asking for details of headset, card machine and internet provider.BT never ask you for card machines. Be careful

Claimed to be from BT - I asked to speak to his manager as he was very rude. He couldnt put me through or confirm our BT account number. Hung up the call. 100% scam.

Not from BT at all, just a rude scammer. Calls on this 0191 number and then hides behind an anonymous number.
