This is not an urgent housing matter they are scammers be aware people they called me saying they were the housing and said I was in rent arrears and asking for my bank details.

Not a phone call. Two separate emails, the second asking me to call the number.

Not a phone call but a text message saying it was from my factors and I had to contact them about an urgent housing problem before 8pm that evening. That’s how I knew it was a scam ….. factors office open till 8pm ….. no chance!
