[personal details redacted by Phonely] May want to work on not sounding like a cold caller if he is wanting to speak with directors of a small independent electrical contractor and refused to give his details or site address to a call back from an engineer as its not their level he needs to speak with an executive or director, which screams cold caller and hasn't actually bothered to look into the business he is looking to 'work with' considering they are 'very selective with who they work with'. I advised not details or site address no callback, I will get asked to call them back to request that info before they consider calling back as we get a lot of cold callers/nusicene sales calls. Then proceeded to tell me that our processes are all wrong Just a heads up as he was very rude and blunt and continued to talk over me.
