Answered and a few seconds later an automated voice simply said goodbye and ended the call. Based on what others have reported this appears to be part of a scam operation.

Caller claimed to be from a mobile phone provider. When I asked which company they said O2. I told them I was not an O2 customer and they ended the call immediately. Avoid this number.
