Claimed to be from Vodafone with an offer. I was put on hold and transferred to a supervisor who wanted more details to access my account and reduce my bill. It felt like a data gathering scam.

Said they were from EE and that my SIM would be upgraded due to poor connection locally. They claimed a new SIM would arrive and my current one would stop working. This sounds like a SIM swap scam.
