Called me on a bad line. Didn't catch who it was and asked if I had damp or cracks in the property. When I asked to clarify who they were they just repeated the damps and cracks question and ignored me

Called claiming to be calling me about housing repairs I had reported. Realised it was a scam cold call, told them as much and hung up.

Phoned me claiming to be from the council housing repair department. Asks if I had any issues that needed attending to. I asked him straight-up if he's from the council and he was apprehensive and didn't really answer. So we went on for a bit and he asked again if I had any cracks that need repairing. I told him that I had a massive crack and he should come look at it immediately. He put the phone down. I'm not even a council tenant which makes this funnier. Clearly a scam number.
