Received a call from claiming I had reported housing issues (mould/damp) and that they worked with the council or housing associations. No report was made. Specifically mentioned Albi - however is a private home - 100% scam..

CROOKS ON THE LINE! Do not pick up for any surprise outreach from strangers. Log every fraud effort with the right cop and regulator channels. Text the phone details to five zero zero one three or fill the web form at ofcom.org.uk spam section. It builds up the evidence to take them down for good.
