Energy company my phone is on the telephone preference service. When I stated this, the line went dead but they didn't hang up.

Picked up call as I had just hung up from a call and initially put phone down but it did not disconnect. Pushing loft insulation. Appeared almost like a recorded text! Diffcult to disconnect.
