Unknown number that I ignored. No voicemail and lots of people mention spam. Seems linked to a batch of similar dodgy calls.

Picked up phone to hear a woman's voice asking about loft insulation. I responded but then realised it was an automated message as her answers were unrelated to mine. I let her continue for a while and the gist is they claim fibreglass loft insulation is dangerous and they want to inspect it. I am aware that Fibreglass loft insulation is not a health hazard to homeowners when it's properly installed and left undisturbed, so when she asked for my address and postcode I hung up. I suspect they are selling some type of unnecessary service.

Called an hour ago (10am 02/12). Caught BT Call Guardian - phone didn't ring as they didn't offer a name or leave a message.

Picked up and there was just empty noise. No voice, no reply at all which was weird and annoying.

Caller said she was my local energy adviser and wanted to know how long ago the insulation was checked in my attic. When I asked why she wanted to know she went silent. I hung up!
