Claimed to be from BT Business and told me my line would be upgraded to fibre (FTTP) and my old copper line would be phased out. Listened to him for a while to see what he was offering, but seeing as I`m already in contract with BT Business atm and also on FTTP seems funny that he didn`t already know this and I think he was just harvesting my personnel info. Got fed up listening to him in the end and told him I didn`t think he was from BT Business at all otherwise what he was asking he should already know from their own customer information

Pretended to be from BT. They told me my phone line is due to be outdated. I hung up.
