The caller asked for my personal details and information regarding an alleged Amazon delivery. When I asked them to confirm who was calling and what details they had on file, they hung up.

An Indian woman called to say there is a problem with an Amazon delivery. Absolute nonsense, hung up and blocked. Do not give them details.

Genuine call for Amazon to reschedule a missed delivery. When i got the call I suspected since I been getting a lot of scam calls but then they told they have send me an email and told me what the item was. No personal info other than name confirmation to reschedule delivery.

It was Amazon. Just ask them to send you an email while on the call, you will receive an email directly from Amazon. The person was indeed trying to assist with an Amazon delivery I had an issue with and was very kind and polite.

This was amazon clarifying deliver place / address. They knew where I had confirmed delivery too.

Amazon delivery. They called to rearrange delivery. I was expecting the call having been advised by live chat the local depot would call imminently to arrange redelivery of an expensive item.

This is Amazon. I refused to give out my details and they offered to email me which they did from a proper Amazon email. The message was advising me to give the code to the driver as it was an expensive item being delivered. This matched the note on the Amazon app ref the purchase. Just be diligent and match the comments in the email to the purchase. I didn't confirm anything to them ref contact details or the purchase, just dealt with the delivery driver.

A woman with an Indian accent called and said, she would call from Amazon in regards of a problem with a recent Amazon delivery and that I need to comfirm some details, like my name. I asked if she knows who she is calling and she answered, she has the name and details in front of her, but she didn't wanted to tell me the name. So, I told her she's a scam and cancelled the call.
