This caller is a representative of Galaxy Holidays who calls himself Morgan, but has a strong Indian accent so I suspect this is not his real name.
This is an online holiday company who employ the dubious business tactic of taking money for package holiday bookings, only days later to phone you asking for more money in order to complete the booking. Refusal to pay extra results in no flight or accommodation booking, total silence from their customer support and a refusal to return any deposit paid.
TrustPilot reviews for this company are either 5* or 1*, with most of the 5* reviews praising representatives having suspiciously English names. Fakery is highly likely.
Avoid Galaxy Holidays unless you enjoy being ripped off.
