Have called from the same number with one digit changed every day for 2 weeks.

After blocking one Bungay number, another very similar one called. I did not answer either and no message was left. Clear spam pattern.

Sounded like an Indian call centre. Female introduced herself as Ruby, claimed to be from EE Customer Service and offered me 100% discount off next month's mobile phone bill. I do do have an EE contract, but played along to waste her time. She said she needed my account password in order to process the discount. Obviously, not being an EE customer I do not have a password so told her I couldn't remember it. She then asked for my email address, to which I replied that if she was genuine she should have all that information in front of her. I asked to prove she was genuinely from EE by telling me what name was on the account. At this, she gave me a mouthful of abuse and ended the call. SCAM!

This number rang and it was someone pretending to handle loft insulation claims, sounding like from an Indian call center. They asked if I'd had any issues with damp or energy bills, but I haven't inquired about anything. Hung up immediately, reported to my provider, and now it's blocked. Wish there was a better way to stop these persistent fraudsters.
