I called this number back. Only option was to press 1 for an energy adviser but welcome message did not even state the name of the company. If only 1 option then it should just follow that option. Looking at other comments on here there seems to be a random assortment of claimed trades. Mine was energy, other comments said capital connect, and phone plan needing fixing. Weird

It sounded like it was an automatic recorded response. Said it was from "capital connect".

Caller tried to convince me my phone plan was broken and needed fixing. They wanted account access. Very suspicious behaviour.
