Called having found my phone number on a domain registration from more than a decade ago. Was offering "marketing services" for my "business".

Claimed they were PPI company and said I had £2998 refund due to my having overpaid on y mortgage - I've never had one- I managed to keep them on the line for 5 mins with some delaying tactics so as to waste their time before I called them effing scammers!

Home repair grant offer call. Wanted personal details to apply. Seemed off so i passed.

Housing repair folks calling about fixing leaks or whatever for free under a scheme. But they need my card to process the "grant". Total nonsense.
