Tried to make me sign up for a new energy plan over the phone. Sounded desperate and rude.

He introduced himself as a neighborhood energy expert inquiring about getting insulation in the attic space. When i said no thanks to having anyone come inspect i already knew i didnt need it he still pressed for my full address details which felt way too invasive so i ended the chat right there.
