Answered my mums house phone and the lady asked if I was Mrs ??? I replied no sorry so she said well who are you then? I replied well who are you? She then said to me well hang up the phone then! I was like no you hang up you rang me and I hung up before she could be more abusive!!

"Agnes" calling from "my domestic appliance insurance company" - apparently I'm due a big reduction in my policy cost. When I suggested they should save the cost of a phone call and simply send it in writing as they were apparently doing anyway, she twigged that I wasn't falling for the scam script and hung up.
