Caller wanted to send out a new SIM card saying they were merging with another company . I rang back it said the number you can’t get through not even a ring tone.

Everybody knows to *TEXT, DON'T CALL!* me, so this is clearly not a friend. I let it ring (on silent, obv). I'm on all the "Do Not Call" opt-out lists so that's harrassment in my book.
