Insisted on speaking to me but called my sisters number. They would not say where they are calling from. Called me Mrs when I'm a Ms. Scam call.

They claim to be calling about reducing energy bills. They are quite insistent and incapable of answering questions which helps identify them as scammers, just a barrage of rubbish they spout. If you have the patience, keep them talking to prevent them from trying it on with a vulnerable person.
