Claimed they were from 3 and then tried to access my Google account

Said they were O2 and my SIM card was going out of date! Asked if I was going to be home alone tomorrow to send a new card. I told him that was non of his business, if I need a new card then O2 has my details and just send one out. He started shouting at me. I called O2 and they have confirmed that they will never call to discuss account and to block anyone who tries to call.
