Has been trying to call me over the last few days, my claim group apparently.
When she asked me how I was today I told her that I wasn't available as my mum had been cremated this morning. The caller was very pushy and then directly asked me when I would be available, I mean cmon how long does it take to grieve, 1 day, 3 days or more?? I was gobsmacked and put the phone down. Now blocked 🚫 😒
