Skipped the buzz cause unknown anyway looks like junk from what others say.

REPORT 01539 638 104 The foreign speaking caller, voice difficult to understand, said she was from Domestic and General Insurance. Trying to sell me 50% off a policy for 5 items insured, She asked my age, my postcode and if anyone had Power of Attorney for me or could I speak for myself. I told her I was not going to give her any information she asked for over the phone and certainly not to those questions and if she really was from Domestic and General she wouldn't be asking these questions. She put the phone down... no surprise there then. I believe this number is a scam.
