Caller rang 10.38 on 23rd Feb 2026 to discuss a change to my telephone system. Told me that unless i update it i wont be able to use my telephone. Told the caller i believed it was a scam call and told him i was hanging up.

Another energy department style call about insulation discounts. They are clearly rotating similar numbers. Do not trust this caller.
