Scam call. Caller claimed to be from PayPal reporting suspicious activity. It came from a call centre. I verified with PayPal directly and confirmed it was not from them. Be warned.

Caller posed as someone from a mobile network claiming my SIM card was incompatible. There was a lot of background noise, as if calling from a busy facility. Clearly a scam.
