Claimed to looking to see if i was eligible for window replacement grant. Didn't react to my comments so suspect automated call so i just cut the call.

Claimed he was complany working for damp and mould disrepair claims and said i had disrepair issues. I advised that i worked for a large housing associaltion and he hung up.

Claimed to be the energy department offering insulation support. The explanation was unclear and the caller avoided direct questions. Definitely not trustworthy.
