Recorded message telling me a letter from HMRC had returned via mail and legal action would be taken. I hung up before I heard anything more as clearly a scam.

Said they were arranging loft insulation under a government backed plan. The whole thing felt like a scam and they tried to rush me into confirming household information. I did not trust it at all.
