A lady very distressed and crying on the phone asked is that mr or mrs g then hung up. It was very alarming. I rang back but some energy company.

This caller asked us by our surnames ,, ie Mr and Mrs sxxxx then stated they were calling regarding an energy efficiency reading at my property they were going to conduct next week . I told them your not to which she replied WE ARE !!! I repeated myself again NO your not . They hung up. If genuine then wrong way to do buisness.
