Asian woman. Told me I needed a new SIM card for my phone and asked if I'd be in tomorrow. Wanted my email address "to check I was who I said I was" but being pay as you go, my carrier does not have my email address.
Told me what network I was on (incorrect network, by I'm on a virtual network that does use that network though, so some credence)
Then told me the SIM card was for 5G upgrade. I'm not stupid, the phone is not 5G compatible and no SIM change will alter that fact! It is the phone hardware not SIM!
Persistently requesting my email, demanding it even.
I ended up blowing a loud whistle and telling her to "go away"
