2-3 times per day . Similar number called me numerous times back in May , i dont want a smart metre Scottish Power , leave me alone !

This number call me two to three a day,01413109863 ,I answer one time they just say l must book appointment for my smart meter and is Scottish power so I say I don't want any smart meter so l hang up and they continue calling every day l am fed up of them calling me partly everyday

The man who called from this number had such a pronounced African accent that I could scarcely understand him. I did not catch the name of the company he claimed to represent, or understand the name by which he addressed me. When I said that was not my name, he asked me to give him my actual name and said he was being trained and the call was being recorded. All very weird and I had no intention of giving my details to a strange cold caller so ended the call.
