Loft insulation push from phony energy team. Promised huge rebates but looped oddly like recorded. Indian call center vibe strong. These scams have blown up with fraud rings using leaked utility lists to target homes for shoddy foam jobs that trap wet and rot beams forcing full gut jobs at ten times the cost while they pocket the upfront cash and ghost leaving folks in the lurch with mold and no heat savings just regret.
