Pretending to be British Gas and asking for PIN details for a refund, clearly fraudulent.

Claimed to be from a well known energy company and asked about my boiler. The call felt suspicious and did not seem genuine.

Pretending to be from an energy provider but clearly not legitimate. Fake call.

Called asking if in was the lady of the house, said they were domestic and general and if my appliances were working then said they can cover me for repair within 24 hrs or a brand new appliance wanted my postcode but I refused and said don't give any details to anyone over the phone then they hung up

Said they are calling from legal&general with regards to appliance protection, but became very pushy when asking me to confirm my banks sort code code for security reasons. The phone was passed to the ‘manager’ but no evidence provided to give me any confidence of who they were. Said they would call back later. I asked for email confirmation from the ‘company’ before I’d give any details.
