Its Money Expert's verification call centre team. They verify the energy switches in the UK for customers which have signed up with Money Experts Face to Face Energy Specialists. They helped me change over from Scottish Power to British Gas. They Verified that my contact details were correct and then verified the current plan which I was on with Scottish Power, then they went through the newer cheaper plan with British Gas, what the new term and monthly price was then proceeded to switch it over for me. About 3 days later the energy had changed over, I received a welcome email from British Gas as well as a 'Sorry you're leaving us' email from Scottish Power and now I have fixed energy rate as well as a much cheaper price XD Saved myself nearly £410 for the year!!!!!!!!!!!! Great experience with the man on the phone and the F2F agent, was a quick and easy process!!!
