Just called asking for the directors, asked what the call was about and Kelly wouldn't tell me what it is regarding but said that she had sent an email, said I could see all directors emails and that I hadn't seen one from her, she then hung up. Kept calling me darlin, very patronising

Claiming to be from BCO calling to check if the information they have on file is the same as last year. I said nothing had changed so it would be. Her voice got gradually more aggressive when I gave the same response to each question, demanding I gave her specifics. She eventually forced out an extremely curt 'thank-you', I think just before she hung up ...

Shocking experience, Amy called out of the blue claiming they ring every year (not true), she said she had some telephone questions to ask. I politely said it was not of interest to me but thank you for calling. She effectively said that if you don't answer my questions then we will keep calling you.

Claimed to be from some "Broadband Community Organisation." I’m not even signed up with them. Sales call, blocked.
