Someone on this number is calling me several times a day over the last few weeks. No message is left so I presume it’s a scam.

Ringing my phone persistently 6 times in 2 days. Answered & they claim to be from Sky. Enquiring about a new device id recently taken out (true). Already have all my details by the sounds of it. Asked my name, address, end of bank account (I stopped giving info at address & said I’m not comfortable with that), the guy said that’s fine can see you don’t have phone passcode or mothers maiden name set up on the account?… I put the phone down & blocked the number. Called Sky they said it’s a scam and that Sky never calls it’s customers to check up

Said they were from Sky, checking up on my new router! 1st of all they rang me on my business number, which they wouldn't do, then they said they would check my connections so to authorise they sent a secure ode number across, I then read it out! next minute they had booked me getting onto my accounts! they said they have to do this!! I said no you don't need to change my password, I immediately changed the password back! and she was saying they need to change the password!! I said there's no way I will do that, she was very insistent and I said sorry you are not getting the password, I said I will ring sky myself and talk to them!! She was still insisting! I hung up, Alarm bells were ringing in my head especially hen they were ringing me on my business number, they know that they must ring on my private number. The lady that was ringing was of asian origins, same as Sky use. Just don't be taken in! Sky always ask for your Password as well when chatting.
