Mother got call saying they were going to check her property. No name given asked her her age and address. Tried returning cal but goes to giff gaff voice Mail. Said they would be at the property Monday but I will be there to confront them.

Hounding my elderly mother re loft insulation. Scaring her saying her insulation was not legal and the government have ordered them to check it.

Apparently an Insulation company who has been harassing my mother about needing to visit her home about a certificate she needs concerning her loft insulation. They keep calling my mother and insisting she needs someone to visit her home and insisted on making an appointment
