And with prices starting at just £6.99 per month, Vonage for Home really is one of the most affordable options on the market. I know it all seems too good to be true, and unfortunately, in this case, it is. Upon doing a bit of research, it won't take long to come across their less-than-ideal customer reviews. As is often the case when dealing with larger companies like Vonage, their customer service seemingly leaves a lot to be desired. A recurring complaint seems to be how difficult it is to actually get through to a real person, and when you do it's to a call centre based outside of the UK.
